Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service total.
Same-day cancellations, cancellations made within 24 hours, will also be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total at the discretion of Gracefully Pampered.
This policy helps protect reserved appointment times and allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, and we appreciate your understanding that the policy is applied consistently to all clients.
